    Hi Sham,

Thanks for these really great teachings. I’m trying to understand the difference between ESA and PIP in terms of application please.

    Thanjs

Thank you Nugwa, the feedback has been really great.

This is a really good question, but here is my understanding of the difference.

Firstly, patients can claim from multiple pots, so you will find that often patients who are eligible for PIP as also eligible for ESA.

ESA is paid to people because they cannot work due to the impairment caused by the patients condition.

Whereas PIP is for difficulty caused to your daily life – i.e. difficulties with mobility and activities of daily living.

    I hope this helps.

    Sham
