Secondary amenorrhea can be defined as;
The cessation of menstruation for 3–6 months in women with previously normal and regular menses.
The cessation of menstruation for 6–12 months in women with previous oligomenorrhoea.
The key is to focus on the application of your knowledge, but also some of the finer details covered within the relevant guidelines.
